All orders require 2 working days for processing before delivery or self collection at Swiss Bake.
For orders placed on Wednesday, the earliest collection or delivery will be on Friday.
For orders placed on Friday, the earliest collection or delivery will be on Tuesday.
Delivery hours are from 12pm to 5pm.

Delivery charge (to 1 address in Singapore) will be waived for purchases above S$150 for district 1 to 11.
For district 12-28, S$20 extra charge per delivery address.

Delivery charge of S$20 (subject to GST) applies (per address) for purchases below S$150 for district 1 to 11 and S$40 for district 12-28.

| 4. |
An additional delivery charge of S$8 (subject to GST) above the normal delivery fee applies for delivery to Sentosa.

| 5. |
Delivery is not applicable for Jurong Island and other locations not in mainland Singapore.
|
| 6. |
No amendments or cancellations are allowed after the order has been confirmed unless special circumstances prevail.
Under such circumstances, a S$10 (subject to GST) administrative fee is payable.

Delivery is available on Monday to Sunday.
|
| 8. |
Delivery is not available on 20th to 26th December.
|
| 9. |
Exclusive delivery can be arranged after delivery / working hours at special request and availability of our driver.
